Isn’t that an amazing verse!  How about when you read the GEMS core Bible verse:

‘We’re not keeping this to ourselves, we’re passing it along to the next generation-God’s fame and fortune, the marvellous things he has done!’  (Psalm 78:4 -The Message)

Well why not come along to our Fun Fizz Info Night this Thursday to hear all about the mission opportunities that GBNI are supporting this summer.

The GEMS girls who went to Kosovo last summer with GBNI will be telling you all about their experiences and explaining what is involved in going this year.  As Alison says,  ‘It was out of this world…. :)’

We will also be continuing to support Summer Madness team who will be there to tell you a bit about serving God on the Summer Madness Staff this year.  Catherine who was on SM Staff last year says, ‘I think the best part of Summer Madness is that it’s so easy to make friends as your mixed up with a new team. Also being on the staff gives you access to great new bits of Summer Madness you didn’t know about and you still get to experience the amazing and encouraging parts of the weekend that everyone knows.’ 

There are three new ventures to tell you about this year, and we will have representatives from each organisation to tell you a bit about them:

• Youth For Christ

• Scripture Union Northern Ireland

• GEMS Holiday Bible Club (Townsend Street Presbyterian, Shankill Road)

Whether you want to serve God at home, or go a little further, we have something for you. So come along and bring a friend, and we will see you on Thursday night!
