You can check the status of orders placed at any time by logging
in to the home page and clicking on the YOUR ACCOUNT tab. Orders saying
COMPLETE are ready for dispatch or collection. Orders saying QUEUED are
awaiting receipt of cheque payment and orders saying PROCESSED are pending
packing.
