You can check the status of orders placed at any time by logging
in to the home page and clicking on the YOUR ACCOUNT tab. Orders saying
COMPLETE are ready for dispatch or collection. Orders saying QUEUED are
awaiting receipt of cheque payment and orders saying PROCESSED are pending
packing.
Customers may only come to our premises in Antrim to collect goods that have already been ordered online and where the customer selected collection as method of dispatch at the point of ordering. Customers are advised to check in their online account to make sure the goods are packed and ready for collection before coming to collect. Please note we operate a packing and distribution centre in Antrim and not a walk in shop.
