Register Your Details

To create a customer account simply click on the blue register button found to the right of your screen in the Authentication box. Complete the form that appears and click on the 'SUBMIT' button. All fields marked with a red asterisk must be completed. Please note you can at this fill in details for a different shipping address to your billing address. You will then see the message below and may proceed to shop.

Thank you for registering a customer account, your profile has been created successfully. As a registered customer you can enjoy simplified checkout process and review your order history. Registration confirmation with your account details has been sent to your e-mail address. Please use your e-mail address and the specified password every time you place orders at our store. You are now logged in and are welcome to continue shopping.

Now click on the red CONTINUE SHOPPING button.

Find what you want to buy

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in the search box – top left of your screen. Alternatively, click on `the categories listed in the box to the left of your screen or click on a photo to browse items in a particular category.

To get more information about a product, click on its name or photo, or the red BUY NOW button to see the price and full product description, including if the item is available in varying lengths or colours for example. This will be indicated by a downward arrow in a box with the first variable (eg colour blue, or length 25”).

Add it to Cart

The Shopping cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the shopping cart if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the ADD TO CART button.

Changed Your Mind?

At this stage you can delete the item from your shopping cart by clicking on the red button labelled DELETE ITEM or clear your entire shopping cart if you have other items selected by clicking on the red button lower down labelled CLEAR THE CART. At any time you can return to the home page by clicking on the tab labelled shop home. This is located along the top of the screen along side other tabs labelled your cart, your account and contact us.

Select Delivery or Collection

Choose from the options available in the drop down box on your screen along side the box marked Delivery. Here you can choose to have your order delivered by royal mail or to collect it at GBHYQ in Antrim. You must phone in advance to arrange a suitable collection time and to ensure your order is ready.

Proceed to Checkout

Next click on the red checkout button. Here you will see a summary of your order so far. Now select your chosen payment method (cheque or credit/debit card) from options listed. We do not accept cash payments. Finished shopping? Then click on the red button labelled CONTINUE. You will again see a summary of what you have selected so far and the billing and shipping addresses you provided at registration. These can be changed by going into Your Profile box over on the right hand side of the screen or by simply clicking on the red button labelled MODIFY ADDRESS. You can also change payment method her by clicking on the red CHANGE PAYMENT button.

If paying by credit/debit card complete the requested information:

• Card type
• Card holders name
• Credit card No
• Expiry Date
• Credit Card Code (3 digit on reverse of card)

Check your details are correct and then click SUBMIT.

If paying by cheque then just click directly on SUBMIT.

By clicking on SUBMIT you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

You will now see the following message: ‘Congratulations your order has been successfully placed. An order notifications has been sent to your e mail address.’

Want to continue shopping?

Just scroll down and click on the red CONTINUE SHOPPING button and repeat the process.

Or click on the red PRINT INVOICE button and then on the log off link in the authentication box on the right side of your screen.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation invoice via e mail direct to your inbox.
