GBNI offer the online shopping service through its supplies department for the benefit of its members.
The following terms and conditions apply to all methods of ordering.
Please note orders received by post or phone will be input, processed and despatched
through the website, by GBNI personnel in the same way as individual orders
placed by customers at their own PC’s.
Methods of Ordering
Orders for all goods featured on the GBNI website may be made via the following
methods:
- Online

Mon – Fri , 9.30 am – 5.00 pm – excluding NI bank and public
holidays)
- Post – using GBNI order form
Orders by post should be placed using the GBNI order form which is available
here.
Order Confirmation
Customers who order online will receive an e mail confirmation of receipt
of order.
Order Processing & Delivery
- We will accept orders from Northern Ireland, UK and Republic of
Ireland addresses.
- You may select a different delivery address from the card holder address
details.
- Orders received will be processed by GBNI during the office hours 9.30
am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. This excludes NI bank and public holidays.
- Goods will normally be dispatched within 3 working days.
- Please allow a further 3 working days for delivery. At peak times of the
year delivery may take up to 14 days.
Description of Goods and Services:
The goods sold are those as listed and described on our website, under itemised
categories such as:
Sale Items, Official Uniform, Leisure Wear, GB Merchandise & Giftware,
GB Awards, & Badges, Trophies, GB Stationery, and Equipment, Bibles, Books,
& CD’s, Event Bookings.
Your Right to Cancel
Having placed an order through the website you have the right to cancel the
said order within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day you place
the order. Notice of cancellation of orders should be sent in writing
to GBNI at the address above quoting the relevant order number and details of
the order along with the name and address of the person who placed the order.
Your right to cancel your order does not apply to:
- goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised
- audio or video recordings which have been unsealed by you.
Please note if when you cancel your order and it has already been dispatched
it is your responsibility to return the item at your own cost.
Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you order a garment
that proves to be the wrong size, simply return it to us within 28 days
of receipt. GBNI will be happy to provide you with a full refund. If
you require a replacement item, please order again at www.gbnishop.co.uk.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- A Returns Procedure form will be dispatched with your order which must be
completed and returned with the item(s), indicating reason for return and
if a refund is required.
- All items must be returned 'as sold': in a re saleable condition, unworn,
in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item
fails to meet any of these requirements GBNI cannot accept the item back for
refund.
- We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items.
- Goods that have been worn cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
- GBNI cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit. It is
the responsibility of the sender to ensure parcels are:
- Adequately packed for transit
- Adequately insured for loss/damage in transit
- Returned with the correct postage paid.
- GBNI recommends you retain a proof of posting receipt for all returned goods.
- In the case of refunds, money will be refunded once the goods have been
inspected and cleared for refund.
- Refunds will be made in accordance with the original method of payment.
GBNI does not store credit/debit card details so if original payment was made
by credit/debit card then you must compete your card details on the return
form to enable your refund to be processed.
- You may arrange to return items personally to GBNI at the address above.
In this case the goods should be securely packed with the returns form completed.
You must phone us in advance to arrange a suitable time to drop off returns.
Unfortunately GBNI will not be able to supply you with an exchange item at
the time of returning goods in person to GBNI. If you require a replacement
item please order the item through the website immediately, you do not need
to wait until you have returned the item.
Faulty Goods
We try to ensure that all goods supplied by GBNI are of the highest quality.
However, goods which are faulty outside of normal expected wear and tear should
be returned under the returns procedure listed above.
- A copy of the returns form may be downloaded from our website at www.gbni.co.uk/shop
- Please note: all faulty goods must be returned in a clean condition.
- In the case of faulty goods GBNI will refund the item as required by you
and refund you the cost of the original dispatch and cost of return.
* GBNI recommends you get a proof of posting receipt from
the Post Office or Courier for all items returned to GBNI. You should also take
out adequate postal/courier insurance to cover loss or damage to the goods in
transit. GBNI cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are
damaged in transit.
Prices
The price of goods sold via the website shall be the price advertised on our
website listings at the time of purchase inclusive of VAT and any other relevant
tax at prevailing rates.
Payment
Prices quoted are strictly net and in £’s sterling. Customers shall
complete payment details as requested on the website. Accepted methods of payment
are in £’s sterling via debit card, credit card and cheque. In the
case of payment by cheque, goods will strictly not be dispatched until receipt
of the cheque at GBNI at the address above.
Cheques must be received within 30 days of placement of order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Availability
- All goods are sold subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to alter or withdraw items without prior notification.
- Where items are out of stock this will be indicated on the screen at the
time of ordering.
